Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and ttb88 ("Platform", "we" or "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services offered by ttb88, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and all other products available on this platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the ttb88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the entire contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Member Eligibility

ttb88 services are only open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration — this age limit is absolute and cannot be waived;
• An individual, not a corporate entity or legal body, registering for personal use only;
• Registering in their own name using a real, verifiable identity;
• Not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under any law, regulation or court order applicable to them.

ttb88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Members who fail to prove eligibility or provide valid verification documents may have their account suspended or terminated, and any ineligible funds will be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account at ttb88 at any given time. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, emails, phone numbers or devices, is a violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your identification card (MyKad or passport), active email address, Malaysian mobile phone number and actual date of birth. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and funds in the account forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ttb88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login information. Deposits and Withdrawals

ttb88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10.

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and processing is usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed to the account or digital wallet registered in your name only. ttb88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name;
• ttb88 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, however the payment provider may impose their own fees;
• Withdrawals will only be processed once all related wagering requirements have been fully met;
• ttb88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal as a fraud prevention measure.

Bonuses and Promotions

ttb88 offers various promotions to members, including a Welcome Bonus that gives 120% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. To withdraw those bonus funds, you must first wager RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. Similarly, a deposit of RM2,600 generates a bonus of RM1,500 (the maximum), giving a balance of RM4,100 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

General promotion terms that apply to all offers:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per account and per household;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold to another party;
• ttb88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or fraud is found to have occurred;
• Each promotion may have additional terms stated in the specific terms of that promotion;
• ttb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Game Rules and Betting

• Providing false information or impersonating another individual during registration or identity verification;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

Account Suspension and Termination

ttb88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time with reasonable cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed and any eligible remaining funds will be returned once all necessary checks are completed.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, ttb88 reserves the right to forfeit the funds in that account, including deposited funds and winnings associated with the activity that breached the rules.

Limitation of Liability

ttb88 and its service partners will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of profit, data or business opportunities.

ttb88's liability to any member under any circumstances will not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

ttb88 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions or cyber attacks. However, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the security and availability of the platform at all times.
